Pierre-Louis Beaulieu-Bellemare has a diversified experience of 6 years in production and operations management, 5 years in project management and 5 years in asset management. He is a positive leader and a great communicator using his experience as a project manager leading multidisciplinary teams as well as his interpersonal skills.

His analytical and synthesizing skills, as well as the knowledge he has acquired over the years in personnel management, asset management, project management and corporate risk management, allow him to carry out his duties efficiently and rigorously.

His experience at L-3 MAS and Via Rail Canada allowed him to initiate and participate in Kaizen and LEAN Manufacturing continuous improvement workshops, as well as to facilitate risk analysis workshops for real estate asset improvement projects.
