COMMISSION SCOLAIRE DES CHÊNES
Un audit des composantes Uniformat II niveau 3 ainsi qu’un bilan d’état de chacune des composantes a réalisé pour l’ensemble de la Commission scolaire des chênes (CSDC).
The CSDC’s preventative maintenance program on MAINT was not initially built to take full advantage of the routine maintenance concept, which optimizes physical travel and the number of staff operations. In the same way, integrating the data that are already in SIMACS and MAINT into the data-collection tools and methods added a level of complexity during the audit preparation phase.
Different CSDC professionals were consulted in order to sort maintenance tasks into consistent groups, in the form of maintenance routines. These routines were developed based on different criteria, including the periodic nature of operations, the type of work involved, and the geographic location of the institutions.
A data retrieval logic using the different reports available on SIMACS and MAINT allowed the data to be reviewed on the electronic forms designed by Planifika. These data could therefore be viewed and modified directly on the ground in offline mode using the same electronic form as the one used to enter new assets.
